Sebagai subjek data yang memberi data kepada Radio Kita Sdn. Bhd. (1099233A) dan / atau berkenaan dengan syarikatnya (“Syarikat”), anda bersetuju dengan mana-mana penggunaan dan pemprosesan Syarikat dan termasuk semua data peribadi anda, tanpa batasan, yang diberikan secara langsung atau tidak langsung kepada Syarikat (secara kolektif, “Data Peribadi”) untuk tujuan pemprosesan data anda; menjalankan proses pengesahan seperti yang diperlukan untuk mengesahkan kesahihan maklumat / Data Peribadi yang diberikan kepada / dikumpulkan oleh kami tentang anda; menghubungi anda; dan / atau mengekalkan rekod Syarikat (secara kolektif, “Tujuan”).
Syarikat juga boleh memproses Data Peribadi, yang dianggap “sensitif” oleh Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010. “Data Peribadi Sensitif” bermaksud apa-apa data peribadi yang mengandungi maklumat mengenai kesihatan atau keadaan fizikal atau mental anda, pendapat politik, agama dan kepercayaan atau kepercayaan lain yang serupa, kelakuan atau perlakuan yang didakwa terhadap diri anda tentang apa-apa kesalahan atau apa-apa data peribadi lain yang kemudiannya dikategorikan oleh pihak berkuasa yang berkaitan sebagai data peribadi sensitif (secara kolektif, “Data Peribadi Sensitif”). Untuk tujuan Notis ini, Data Peribadi hendaklah termasuk Data Peribadi Sensitif.
Syarikat juga ingin memaklumkan kepada anda bahawa Data Peribadi anda boleh didedahkan kepada lokasi-lokasi di luar Kawasan Malaysia dan syarikat-syarikat yang berkaitan dengan Syarikat serta kepada pihak ketiga, seperti pemberi perkhidmatan dan agensi kerajaan, atas alasan yang berkaitan dengan Tujuan tersebut.
Syarikat boleh menyimpan Data Peribadi anda untuk alasan yang berkaitan dengan Tujuan tersebut.
Anda boleh membuat pertanyaan bertulis dan, apabila fi yang ditetapkan telah dibayar, meminta secara bertulis untuk mengakses, atau membetulkan, Data Peribadi anda atau menghadkan pemprosesannya pada bila-bila masa selepas ini dengan mengemukakan permintaan itu kepada Pegawai Perlindungan Data Peribadi Syarikat melalui pos berdaftar atau email (yang mesti dihantar dari alamat e-mel yang didaftarkan dengan Syarikat) seperti yang dinyatakan di bawah.

Sila ambil perhatian bahawa ia adalah perlu bagi Syarikat untuk memproses Data Peribadi anda untuk Tujuan tersebut.
Anda mewakili dan menjamin persetujuan pihak ketiga (contohnya ahli keluarga dan rujukan) bahawa yang mana data peribadi anda yang telah anda berikan atau yang dinyatakan secara langsung atau tidak langsung kepada Syarikat adalah telah diperolehi untuk membolehkan Syarikat memproses yang sama berhubung dengan Tujuan tersebut.
Notis ini telah diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya ada sebarang ketidakseragaman atau pencanggahan antara versi-versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunapakai.
PENGAKUAN DAN PERSETUJUAN Saya telah membaca dan memahami terma-terma Notis Privasi ini dan bersetuju dengan pemprosesan Data Peribadi / Data Peribadi Sensitif seperti yang diterangkan di atas.

As data subjects providing data to Radio Kita Sdn. Bhd. (1099233A) and/or its related corporations (“Company”), you are agreeable for any use and processing of any of your data by the Company and that the data collected is provided either directly or indirectly to the Company. Among the Personal Data to be collected include but is not limited to your name, NRIC number, address, telephone number, gender (collectively, “Personal Data”).
The purpose of the collection and processing of your Personal Data is to carry out and authorise the verification process as may be necessary to confirm the veracity of the information / Personal Data provided to / collected by us about you; contacting you; and/or maintaining Company’s records as well as to allow the Company to provide services and/or improve the experience of using the Company’s website and/or targeted advertising (collectively, “Purpose”). In the event the Personal Data could not be collected, the access to the Company’s website may be restricted and rendered inaccessible and/or to be accessed privately through a separate profile.
The data subject’s Personal Data may be obtained directly from the data voluntarily when they register for the use of this website or through the use of a device/application that has been used to access the website or to use the services of a third-party which shares the same or higher standards of personal data protection than this Company. The Personal Data obtained by the Company may be retained and processed for the fulfilment of the Purpose for which it was collected.

For any data subjects who wishes to review the Personal Data held by the Company, you may make a written inquiry and an administration fee may be imposed on you, once the prescribed fee has been paid (if any), the data subjects may request in writing to access, or correct your Personal Data or limit its processing or to delete your Personal Data at any time thereafter by submitting such request to the Personal Data Protection Officer of the Company via registered post or email (which must be sent to the email address registered with the Company) as set out below. Should the data subjects want to erase the stored data in its entirety, the data subjects may elect to delete his/her account in the profile section that was created by the data subjects.

You represent and warrant that the consent of third parties (e.g. family members and references) whose personal data you have provided or otherwise disclosed directly or indirectly to the Company have been obtained to allow the Company to process the same in relation to the Purposes.
This privacy notice has been issued in the English language and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistencies between the said versions, the English version of this privacy notice shall prevail.
